You will find your appointment with me to be unrushed and unhurried. I believe in creating an experience that is more than just walking into a nice business and getting a massage from someone who is a good therapist. Every person I speak with has a story with ups & downs and you deserve to be truly listened to. In your session you will be given ample time to talk about what is going on with you, your life & your body.  I will ask questions about what kinds of activities you engage in so I can assess what techniques would work best for you and then will customize each session SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU! 

I office massage at Stellar Life Studios located at 901 S. Bailey Avenue in South Haven, Michigan. I also offer massage at your home if you do not wish to leave your home.
